Hello Spring Season 2020 players. Due to the corona virus and the need for social distancing, OCASL/DCASL will be canceling the spring season. We are extremely sad that this has happened, but we hope you and your family are healthy and safe. We are all doing our part to slow the spread of the virus.
Everyone who signed up for the season has a choice to make:
- Ask for a full refund now
- Keep a credit on your account to be used for next season
If you choose #1, we will process your refund through PayPal as quickly as possible. If you choose #2, we will apply a full credit to your account so that next time you register, it will apply toward your fees. Furthermore, if you choose #2, but later decide that you prefer a refund, we will process the refund at your request.
As you know, OCASL/DCASL keeps its costs very low in order to make sure everyone is able to play. We do keep a reserve in case of circumstances similar to this. However, because we have invested in uniforms and field rentals for the spring season, some refunds may be delayed. If you are sure you'll be playing this summer or next fall, and if you don't need the refund now, it will certainly help us with cash flow if you choose #2. We appreciate your patience.
